Directions: Located on a coastal headland just S of Tillamook Bay about 8 miles W of Tillamook, adjacent to Cape Meares State Park

Primary Wildlife: Common murres, tufted puffins, and pelagic commorants nest on the cliff faces. Band-tailed pigeons and black-tailed deer use the timbered portion of the refuge.

Habitat: 139 acres of rocky Pacific Ocean headlands and coastal forests of shore pine and Sitka spruce.

Recreation and Education: Wildlife observation, study, and photography.
