Climate

The region is dry, with an average humidity of only 30 percent, and 15 inches of precipitation per year. Summer days are long, with 15 hours of sunshine. Average summer temperature is 78 degrees and average winter temperature is 23 degrees, with an annual snowfall of 150 inches.
